RYME Modalities, Explained

RYME Modalities, Explained

We acknowledge that you may be unfamiliar with some of the terms we use to describe the modalities that make up our RYME methodology. We invite you to take a moment to learn more about each one and how we integrate it into our offerings to guide you into a comprehensive holistic wellness experience. These modalities are currently offered within retreats and through our private online coaching packages.

RYME yoga is a form of medicinal movement combining asana, breath, awareness shifts, music, reiki and more. Hanna follows your energy to create a practice that gives you exactly what you need in each moment. As you ebb between effort and ease, you will release what is no longer needed while increasing capacity and receptivity with ease. You will feel the perfect balance of groundedness and flow. If you are practicing in person, Hanna will also give energy-infused hands on assists.

Hypnotherapy; therapy under a state of hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of being which we all experience on some level each day. This state is a doorway to our subconscious. Loes guides you into this state in order to unlock and explore blockages in the subconscious mind. With hypnotherapy we can redesign the inner landscape to be more supportive so we can experience more ease in our daily lives. Through changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, managing stress, breaking unhealthy habits, enhancing self-esteem, and exploring and modifying deep-seated beliefs, you will be RYMING with your system like never before!

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a powerful psychotherapy technique used to process traumatic experiences. EMDR helps individuals develop healthier coping mechanisms, shifts negative thought patterns, leading to improved self-worth. It aids in processing grief and finding closure. Receiving RYME tailored EMDR treatment can bring about positive change, alleviate distress, and foster confidence, self-love, and self-worth.

Family constellation has one foot in science and the other in magic. It is a therapeutic approach that reveals hidden family dynamics. The process focuses on orders, balance, and belonging within the family energetic line. It helps uncover unresolved issues, traumas, and conflicts for healing and resolution. There are many ways to apply this play of energy. We use it within our retreats with a group where we “play out” a family related challenge or theme of a client. Other clients represent family members within an energetic role play where themes can be discussed and talked out. This gives clarity and space to the person experiencing the (family) challenge. It is highly therapeutic and shown to release and relieve tension stored within intergenerational blocks by bringing hidden dynamics to light in a safe and supported way.

RYME breathwork and nervous system regulation can be beneficial for managing stress, improving mental and emotional well-being, enhancing physical health, and promoting better sleep. We teach practices which can easily be integrated into daily life for long-term benefits. While there are many resources available for self-guided breathwork and nervous system regulation, working with the RYME duo can enhance the safety, effectiveness, and individualization of the practice, ensuring that it aligns with the specific needs and goals of the individual. Hanna will often hold the space energetically and physically while Loes guides the journey.

Through RYME water therapy, you experience how we can RYME with the outside elements. Since RYMING is all about understanding with your own system, while also interacting with the flow around you, playing with and embodying this within the element of water is a perfect practice. Whether it is through surfing ocean waves or just floating in the pool, we explore and expand on themes such as surrender, presence, release, balance between giving and receiving, forgiveness and kindness … to name a few!

This RYME modality is unique in many ways. It’s a subtle tuning in to your internal movements. We play with perspective & focus, break down body language, tune into our breath, and (literally) shake things up to become more aware of our influence over our own energy to support your harmony with the outside world. This modality is also related to your nervous system, which creates an understanding for why you feel your energy a certain way in a certain moment and how to give yourself what you need based on this understanding after learning all the various RYME tools!

We are grateful that you have taken the time to learn more about each of the wellness modalities we have chosen to integrate into our transformational RYME experiences.
