What makes a RYME retreat different?
This isn’t a yoga holiday with a side of journaling.
A RYME Retreat is a nervous-system-based experience, designed and guided by two practitioners who work with your body first — not just your thoughts.
Hanna brings somatic movement, breathwork, and yoga that meets your body exactly where it is. Loes brings EMDR, hypnotherapy, and the kind of psychological depth that helps you see the patterns you’ve been living inside without realising it.
Together, we create what we call the RYME container: a space that’s safe enough for your system to soften. Where you don’t need to hold it all together. Where the tears, the laughter, the stillness — they all belong.
Every part of the retreat is intentional. The morning practices. The one-on-one sessions. The food. The downtime. Nothing is filler. Everything is designed to help your nervous system move from survival mode into something steadier.
We keep our groups small — usually 8 to 12 women — so we can actually see you. Not just welcome you, but notice what you need. Adjust. Attune.
That’s the difference. You’re not following a programme. You’re being held inside one.
