RYME Coaching - a space where your body can finally exhale

With gentle guidance and practical tools, RYME Coaching supports you: to make sense of your reactions, to ease what feels overwhelming, and to rebuild a sense of safety you can actually feel in your day-to-day life.

RYME coaching is grounded in nervous system science, shaped by lived experience, and guided by the cues your body gives us in real time.

There’s no curriculum and no performance.

You’re never pushed beyond your capacity.

A steady place to come home to yourself -

Instead, you’re met with presence, pacing, and practices that support your life rather than overwhelm it.

This is a space where your system is understood, not analyzed and where clarity grows from safety, not pressure.

And it can all happen anytime, anywhere, through RYME’s online coaching program.

let's chat

 How this process works -

We begin with a free exploratory call - a short conversation to get a sense of what you’re carrying and what you’re wanting.

If it feels right, we send a baseline form to understand your patterns, your history, and what your system needs to feel supported.

New clients start with a 10-session package, shared between the two of us: 5 sessions with Loes and 5 with Hanna, alternating week by week.

This rhythm offers RYME’s complementary styles of support while keeping the process steady and integrated.

Your first session is an intake, where we gather deeper context about what you need. From there, each session builds gently on the last.

After the 10 sessions, we offer a free 30-minute check-in with both Loes and Hanna.

Every part of this structure - from the pacing, the alternation, the integration time - is intentional. It’s designed to support your sustainable, embodied change.

What you can expect - RYME coaching has one purpose: to help your nervous system find steadiness so your life can follow.

We start by creating space - often the kind you haven’t had in a long time. A space where overwhelm softens, your body settles, and you don’t have to hold everything alone. As you find a bit more breath, we explore what’s underneath: the loops, reactions, and old survival patterns that shape your days. To understand what they’ve been protecting.

From there, we support the shift.

Accessible, body-first practices teach your system how to come back to baseline. These changes are subtle at first, but they build. Finally, we integrate - anchoring the steadier mornings, clearer boundaries, and softer responses until they become your new normal.

Why this works -

Your system shifts through safety, not effort.

Change happens through small, repeated experiences - not dramatic breakthroughs.

RYME invites you to experience yourself fully and stay with what you feel a little longer.

Over time, the shifts become something tangible: calmer responses, clearer boundaries - a sense of ease that feels accessible.

I’ve been doing online coaching with them for about a year. They’re compassionately helping me navigate recovery from chronic illness and burnout, and ultimately rebuild a life that supports what I need to be happy and healthy. I’ve done talk therapy for years, but RYME’s gentle, mind-body-soul approach is so much more fun, practical and effective. Whether you’re going through something tough or just hoping to optimize your life, RYME is for you!

The duo behind this work -

We’re Loes and Hanna - we met in a surf house in Portugal in 2019 and recognized the same truth: people don’t need more performance; they need more presence.

Our backgrounds span education, social work, somatics, trauma-informed practice, hypnosis, and EMDR-inspired approaches.

But the heart of RYME isn’t our training.

It’s the way we sit with people - with patience, curiosity, and respect for the wisdom their system already holds.
