I remember a few months back, we were working with our team to create a new website and designing our app and we were brainstorming taglines. We felt like describing our product with something like “holistic retreats" or “harmonize your essence" and other things like that, just didn't do justice to the impact we have seen of what RYMING can do for people (including ourselves). What learning the basics about our systems, understanding our patterns, expanding our awareness, practicing and embodying exercises and tools into our daily lives, shifting our perspectives, deepen our connections, and living in a wildly authentic way really feels like. After a round robin of many different ways this could end up we landing on something simple and so so good.
RYME: BE MORE YOU.
Because that is what it is. We are all perfect and whole and unique and beautifully one of a kind. Sure, there are primal ways we are all connected and similar, but there are way more ways that we are only ever, to the core, ourselves. The thing is, the second we are born (and some could say even before that) we begin to accumulate layers and patterns that disconnect us from the source of our authenticity. More and more time passes and life happens, we experience millions of micro moments and start living in our heads. Comparing, anaylyzing, rationalizing, hiding, trying, failing, fearing, judging, thinking, doing, doing, doing, buying, watching, pleasing, assimilating, relating, doubting, shrinking. And oftentimes, getting faaaarrrr away from truest, highest selves.
With RYME, we simply provide the perspectives and tools in playful and creative ways for you to look in the mirror and see yourself again. Feel your beautiful breath, sense your energy moving through you (just got chills) and reconnect to the influence you have over you. To quiet the noise in your damn head long enough to hear your heartbeat again. Hear her whispers and learn to listen. To translate the signals into actions. Coming from your body, your being, your true essence. Coming back home to yourself. And creating the pathways in your system to know and trust how to do that every day. Again and again.
Because the greatest gift you can give yourself in this one precious lifetime is to simply, be you.
