RYME modalities, explained

We acknowledge that you may be unfamiliar with some of the terms we use to describe the modalities that make up our RYME methodology. We invite you to take a moment to learn more about each one and how we integrate it into our offerings to guide you into a comprehensive holistic wellness experience.

MEDICINAL MOVEMENT


Medicinal movement combines yoga asana, breath, awareness shifts, music and more. Hanna follows your energy to create a practice that gives you exactly what you need in each moment. As you ebb between effort and ease, you will release what is no longer needed while increasing capacity and receptivity with ease. You will feel the perfect balance of groundedness and flow. If you are practicing in person, Hanna will also give energy-infused hands on assists.



EMDR / HYPNOTHERAPY


Hypnotherapy; therapy under a state of hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of being which we all experience on some level each day. This state is a doorway to our subconscious. Loes guides you into this state in order to unlock and explore blockages in the subconscious mind. With hypnotherapy we can redesign the inner landscape to be more supportive so we can experience more ease in our daily lives.




FAMILY CONSTELLATION


Family constellation has one foot in science and the other in magic. There are many ways to apply this play of energy. We use it within our retreats with a group where we “play out” a family related challenge or theme of a client. Other clients represent family members within an energetic role play where themes can be discussed and talked out. This gives clarity and space to the person experiencing the (family) challenge. It is highly therapeutic and shown to release and relieve tension stored within intergenerational blocks.




MEDITATION


We guide you through different types of meditations throughout different parts of your RYME journey. We teach you not only the science behind meditation as well as a variety of different meditation practices but, most importantly, how to be so in tune with your system that you are able to choose which practice you need in each moment.



WATER THERAPY



Through RYME water therapy, you experience how we can ryme with the outside elements. Since RYMING is all about understanding your own system so you can dance more easily with what is going on around you, embodying this within the element of water is a perfect practice. Whether it is through surfing or just floating in the pool, we explore and expand on themes such as surrender, presence, release, balance, forgiveness and kindness … to name a few!



ENERGY AWARENESS


This RYME modality is unique in many ways. It’s a subtle tuning in to your internal movements. We play with perspective, break down body language, tune into our breath, and (literally) shake things up to become more aware of our influence over our own energy to support your harmony with the outside world. We also teach you all about your nervous system, which creates an understanding for why you feel your energy a certain way in a certain moment and how to give yourself what you need based on this understanding.
