About this workshop
This is a 90-minute live online workshop where we guide you through the foundations of nervous-system regulation, the RYME way.
We work body-first, not mind-first. You won’t just learn about your nervous system, you’ll experience what it feels like when it starts to settle.
Learn why stress and overwhelm get stuck in the body
In this Workshop, you will-
Understand why “trying harder” often backfires
Use gentle breath and movement to release tension
Practice a simple RYME Reset to interrupt overwhelm
Learn how to meet your system with safety instead of pressure
Leave with tools you can return to anytime
This is practical, embodied work, not a lecture. You’re always welcome to participate at your own pace.
