Come back to yourself - one breath, one session, one shift at a time.
You’ve done the work. You’ve read the books. You’ve tried being “mindful,” “balanced,” “more disciplined.”
RYME Coaching is where your system finally gets to settle, reset, and meet life from steadiness - not survival.
Does any of this sound familiar to you?
→ You look fine on the outside, but inside everything feels like “too much.”
→ You’re doing the “right things,” yet your body is tight, reactive, or exhausted.
→ You know what’s happening logically - but you can’t feel calm in your body.
→ You keep saying yes when your system is screaming no.
→ You’re tired of working so hard to feel okay.
It doesn't have to be this way.
Your nervous system is ready for a steadier path - one that doesn’t overwhelm you.
You don’t have to push for any of this.
Your system just needs the right space to shift.
Mornings that start softer, not heavy.
Clearer boundaries - without guilt.
A rhythm that feels doable.
A body that settles.
A mind that doesn’t spin.
A life that actually feels like yours again.
This could be you…
Commit to a space where you can feel safe:
Make decisions without overthinking and wake up with more energy.
Respond with clarity instead of reacting and say no without guilt.
Feel grounded in your relationships and learn to feel your body again.
Navigate stress without collapsing or shutting down and live your life with more ease.
This is the work we do, gently and consistently.
let’s RYME, babe

A ONE-OF-A-KIND COACHING EXPERIENCE
We created RYME Coaching because we didn’t want another program that pushed you to “do more.”
We wanted a space that felt human, steady, body-led, and real.
Our clients come to us because they’re ready for:
→ clarity that goes deeper than mindset
→ support that feels relational, not clinical
→ a pace that matches their capacity
→ simple tools that actually shift their body
→ sustainable changes they can feel in daily life
RYME Coaching is the space where your system learns safety through presence - session by session, shift by shift.
Here's what's included in RYME Coaching:

You’re high-functioning but internally overwhelmed and you feel the strain of carrying so much on your own.
This is for you if:
You want a calm you can feel, not just understand and you want that calm to be something your body can actually access.
You want clarity that comes from your body, not effort -so decisions feel grounded instead of pushed or overthought.
You’re tired of repeating old patterns and you’re ready for something steady and embodied rather than temporary or surface-level.
You want a quick fix and aren’t interested in a process that unfolds steadily over time.
This isn’t for you if:
You prefer a fast-paced, high-intensity approach and want something that pushes hard rather than works with your capacity.
You’re looking for a traditional talk-therapy model with a focus on conversation rather than body-led exploration.
You’re not willing to show up for consistent yet subtle work the kind that builds slowly but creates real, lasting change.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Many people come to us after therapy feeling like they “get it” in their mind but don’t feel the change in their body. You’re not doing anything wrong - your system just needs a different entry point.
Here’s the difference: Therapy helps you understand your patterns.
RYME helps you understand patterns and your body to shift them.
We work in real time with your nervous system, your breath, your cues, your capacity - so change doesn’t stay conceptual. It becomes something you can actually feel.
-
Etiam auctor orci nisl. Nunc sit amet nulla quis risus euismod rutrum. Pellentesque risus erat, lacinia eu sem aliquet, egestas euismod felis. Praesent aliquam tellus nec ullamcorper venenatis. Fusce facilisis odio non risus ultricies posuere. Nulla rutrum eget nisl vitae faucibus.
-
This is very common, and completely okay. You don’t need to feel anything specific for this work to begin. Your system is still communicating, even if the signals are subtle or hard to notice at first. We help you tune into those cues slowly, at your pace, without any pressure. Over time, most people start noticing small shifts - and those micro-moments are often where change begins.
-
The 10-session container is intentional. It gives your system the consistency, repetition, and steady support it needs to actually shift.
Showing up weekly helps your body learn a new baseline, not just understand it. The rhythm creates familiarity; familiarity creates safety; and safety is where your system begins to settle and reorganize.
Working with both of us - week by week - allows your body to experience two attuned rhythms that complement each other, to go deeper in a safe, regulated way.
-
Each session is a gentle mix of conversation, body awareness, and practices that help you get to know your system better and learn how to move with it. This can include somatic noticing, breathwork, moving through emotions, EMDR, hypnotherapy, or therapeutic conversation - all guided by what your body shows us in the moment.
-
Absolutely. Most people who come to RYME aren’t in crisis - they’re functioning, they’re doing life, but their system feels overloaded or tense underneath it all. You don’t need to be at a breaking point for this work to matter. RYME is designed for everyday overwhelm: the constant “too much,” the tired mornings, the tightness you can’t explain, the sense that you’re coping instead of truly living. This is where steady, body-first work creates space, breath, and clarity again.
-
It’s a very common fear, and it makes sense - especially if you’re used to holding a lot. Our work is designed specifically to avoid overwhelm. We move slowly, follow your cues, and stay within your capacity at every step. You never have to go anywhere your system isn’t ready for. Sessions are grounding, steady, and paced in a way that helps your body feel safer, not activated. Your system leads, and we adjust the work moment by moment so it feels manageable and supportive.

You’re never dropped at the end of the process. After the 10 sessions, we offer a free integration check-in to see what’s shifting, what’s settling, and what your system might need next. Some people feel complete after the container, and others continue with additional support. There’s no pressure either way; we follow your system and what feels genuinely supportive for your next phase.
