RYME Yoga Class / Faherty CHS

Join us for a special RYME yoga class downtown Charleston on March 23 / 9:15-10:30 AM. Hanna, a Charleston native is popping into town visiting from her current home in Costa Rica to offer a few special classes. Hanna's blend of yoga will build heat, create space and ground you instantly. An expert in nervous system regulation, you will learn some basics, flow and breathe in community.
