RYME Family Constellation / CHS

Join us for a family constellation session in Hampton Park March 25 4-6pm Family constellation has one foot in science and the other in magic. It is a therapeutic approach that reveals hidden family dynamics. The process focuses on orders, balance, and belonging within the family energetic line. It helps uncover unresolved issues, traumas, and conflicts for healing and resolution. There are many ways to apply this play of energy- we will “play out” a family related challenge or theme of one person from the group. Other clients represent family members within an energetic role play where themes can be discussed and talked out. This gives clarity and space to the person experiencing the (family) challenge. It is highly therapeutic and shown to release and relieve tension stored within intergenerational blocks by bringing hidden dynamics to light in a safe and supported way.
